- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for CPQ users.
- Design and implement complex approval workflows to ensure compliance.
- Configure escalation rules and notifications to expedite the approval process.
- Monitor and troubleshoot approval issues.
- Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce applications and external systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Manage and maintain CPQ data, including product catalogs, pricing information, and approval records.
