Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Portal, and PowerApps.
- Provide technical expertise and support for CRM implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
- Develop and maintain custom plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript code.
- Integrate CRM with other systems and applications using APIs and connectors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies and best practices.
