Job Description
- Provide technical support and expertise for JDA WMS administration activities.
- Manage rollouts and configuration changes within the JDA WMS system.
- Utilize MOCA console and M-Loads effectively for various tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth JDA WMS operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to JDA WMS.
- Strong technical proficiency in JDA WMS administration.
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in JDA WMS administration.
- Excellent understanding of MOCA console and M-Loads.
- Knowledge of JDA WMS configuration and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
