Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA FICO implementations in the EU region.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP FICO functionality and business processes.
- Facilitate seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules.
- Provide guidance to business stakeholders on SAP FICO utilization.
- Analyze and optimize existing FICO business processes.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO components.
- Support end-user training and data migration.
- Manage project phases, including blueprints, testing, and cutover.
- Develop functional specifications for development objects.
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO consultant with 3+ successful S/4 HANA implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring team members.
