We are looking for an SAP PP/PI Lead/SME candidate with over 10 years of experience. As an SAP PP/PI Lead/SME, you will be responsible for the implementation of the SAP GF Project. You will be required to participate in sales cycle activities, including scoping, building, and delivering software demonstrations, and to provide in-depth SAP solutions and process knowledge, including industry best practices.

We are looking for an SAP PP/PI Lead/SME candidate with over 10 years of experience. As an SAP PP/PI Lead/SME, you will be responsible for the implementation of the SAP GF Project. You will be required to participate in sales cycle activities, including scoping, building, and delivering software demonstrations, and to provide in-depth SAP solutions and process knowledge, including industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements
- Translate requirements into solutions using SAP Best Practices
- Create functional specifications for development objects
- Conduct unit testing on the overall solution, including technical objects
- Explore new SAP applications as a subject matter expert and maybe the first adopter of emerging SAP technologies
- Sustain adequate product knowledge through formal training, webinars, SAP publications, collaboration among colleagues, and self-study
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow product knowledge
- Minimum five (5) full-lifecycle SAP implementations
- Global system implementation experience
- Experience implementing PP in an S/4 environment
- Experience implementing SAP Best Practices
- Experience with Green Field Implementation
- Experience in leading PP Fit Gap workshops
- Proficient in all areas of SAP Production Planning
- Discreet Manufacturing – PP (must have)
- Production Process Manufacturing – PPPI (must have)
- Variant Configuration (nice to have)
- Proficient in analyzing customer requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in effectively managing and motivating individuals and teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to analyze and drive resolution of cross-functional issues
- Ability to function independently with minimal directionSA
