Key responsibilities / accountabilities:
Management Responsibilities:-
·         Develop and manage a team of SAP MM, SAP PM and SAP SRM Specialists.
·         Working knowledge of SAP SRM/PM/MM.
·         Accountable in delivering the SAP service to defined SLA standards and meet SLA operational targets/ Deliver projects on schedule and with the required quality and budget.
·         Establish efficient working relationships with onshore counterparts and ensure overall priorities are in place.
·         Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proposals to be reviewed by leadership.
·         Track Work Perform by team members at offshore location and provide guidance on functional, technical issues - including approach.
·         Provide insights and review estimations of the overall scope to be delivered.
·         Ensure Documentation of the business processes and analyzed procedures and suggest industry best practices for SAP solution implementation.
·         Good to have knowledge on JIRA and confluence usage.
 
Responsibilities as an SME:
·         Provide technical leadership while providing proposals/solutions to a business need, bring in ability to drive and lead technical solutions.
·         Provide effort estimations to product owners for requirements.
·         Create Functional specifications based on description of functional requirements; ensure end to end solution and implementation of solutions are met in timelines and with desired quality.
·         Documentation of Functional design, Support in the resolution of issues.
·         Interact with international support teams via different communication channels.
·         Identify and evaluate incidents, problems, complaints and service requests and formulate plans of resolution.
·         Idea generation for process improvement.

Managerial Requirements:
·         Experience in handing medium/large sized teams.
·         Ensure correct T&M billing and invoice generation
·         Decision Making skills

·         Strong Stakeholder management skills.
·         Clear and Crisp communication skills (Oral as well as Written).
·         Delegating and empowering skills.

Required functional skills:-
Team Lead
: Overall 9+ Years of Functional experience in SAP SRM and SAP MM will be preferred. Additionally it’s nice to have knowledge of SAP PM and Ariba Buying Guide.
·         Should have at least 2 End to end implementation project experience.
·         Should have experience in support & roll our projects.
·         Should have Strong expertise in MM-SRM, MM-PM & MM-FI integrations.
·         Excellent skills in design and build (i.e. configuration and development), testing, implements and deploy majorly in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), SAP Materials Management (MM), plant maintenance (PM) based on user requirements analysis.
·         Understanding of sales & distribution (SD) would be added advantage.
·         Working closely with the development team to develop functionalities not offered by SAP Standard.
·         Ability to advise the business on best practice while making sure the solution meets the business needs.
·         Knowledge of Business processes related to Material Management, Contract, inventory and invoicing, sales & distribution and plant maintenance.
·         Master Data knowledge.
·         Strong Documentation skills (FS and testing documentation).
·         Knowledge of External and internal (MDM) catalogue.
