Job Description
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP QM Functional Consulting with manufacturing and pharma.
- Experience in working on AMS and AMD engagements preferably for Pharma industry
- Should have knowledge working on integration among key SAP modules
- Should be a self-motivated professional and natural communicator processing good domain and functional knowledge and should hold initiating and problem solving skills
- Analyze tickets and provide solutions in defined timeframe to ensure SLAs are met
- Gathers, refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues
- Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions
- Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications
- Work with Technical Consultants and other related stakeholders to complete the agreed solution within defined timeframe"s
